Even though it's rather confusing, but it is quite interesting to know the many classical sociological theories of media. The theories of Karl Marx, Emile Durkheim, Max Waber and George Herbet. I learn about social media on how it uses people to sell certain products and how important the people are in the context of social media. It can be done through, social networkings and etc. It's also about the ideal value or the communication between the people.
ALSO, I got to learn about the media models. Hot and cold media, entertainment and information, the elitist and the populist.
